Built a couple of GS QuickStrike hybrids for a woman to match her original Apollo-shafted QuickStrike. They were "weeny flex" about 2.5 flex.
The good news. They play exactly like the Apollos according to her.
The bad news. The minimal butt parallel section (Hireko's 8.5" vs. Apollo's 13") meant there was a BUNCH of build up tape needed under the grip. Had to go from .510 to .600 at one point.
