I had to call Mirage three times to check on the shipping status of my order and each time I called, the manager gave a different bogus tracking number, each with a different carrier, when, in fact, the order had not been sent. It wasn't until a month after my last phone call inquiring about the order's status that it was finally shipped. I'm not alone in having a bad experience with Mirage.
