My apologies David, I forgot to state that I start with a base
difference of 30 cpm between irons and woods. Hence, the 270
cpm number. With some graphite shafts, I have used adjustment factors of
30 cpm, plus a depth of insertion value of up to 7 or 8 cpm. For the Grafalloy Pro-lite, 270 (base cpm) - 17 (cpm adjustment factor
for shaft) – 5 (cpm adjustment for many wood heads) = 248 cpm. Hope this makes more sense! Mike -----Original Message----- In a message dated 9/30/2003 6:04:59
