Yep, that's how I bought them. Also, if I needed 9 shafts for a set I'd generally buy 12 . . .  4 of each flex range so I'd be sure to get the slope I wanted. Machs were pretty good shaft for the $$$. I've gone back to my Mach-shafted set. I gave up on Rifles, Dynalites, Dynamic Golds, etc. My lurching lunge gets a lot better results with graphites these days.

The "old" Precision Composite Mach 22's changed only 1-2 cpm per iron if you used all the same stiffness shafts. Tom Flanagan was, I think, the first to post that if you wanted to get a "normal" slope out of a set of these shafts, you needed to order three different stiffnesses. for example: 3 R+, 3 R, and 3 R-.
