FYI - I got an e-mail from "PayPal" that said my account was being held because of an invalid credit card or some such. They wanted me to login to a site and provide my credit card info. The mail was addressed to "Dear PayPal User"
I checked with PayPal and they confirmed that it was a scam.

One key thing is that valid PayPal e-mails address you by name.
