I would do the same thing if I were selling heads with a weight port and separate weights!
It's a good way to sell weights! Just make the heads light so you have to buy additional weights. Of course you don't know this till you get the heads and now you pay freight for your second order of weights. Freight should always exceed the cost of goods. It's a cardinal rule of "mailorder"!
