ShopTalk: titleist 976R driver

I have just had a customer ask me to reshaft his 3# to match  with
similiar to "Titleist Select Custom Graphite Tchnology R flex" shaft
 I haven't put it on my frequency meter yet . Can any one tell me  the
maker and spec's of this shaft and  suitable replacements -Please
