Thanks Alan and Jorgen for the camera tips, I will try them out. I am using a Sony 330 Digital 8 camera and it has been good to me for thee years, but I would like to upgrade the whole system in the near future. These seem like easy fixes for what I have and the website sent has what you suggest I need. I can get all but the top of the swing in view now so maybe the .7 lens (high grade) will do the job.  I need a second camera and an upgraded system any suggestions on camera choices, if you don’t mind?

Rick

Hi Rick,

Get a wide angle converter for your camera.  Try your local camera shop or an excellent online source is 'www.bhphotovideo.com'.  Look under consumer (or professional) camcorders/camcorder accessories/lenses and teleconverters.

Good luck,

I'd like to ask a question to all of you with camera knowledge or that film golf swings.  My problem is that I just built a new golf shop (24' x 20') and I can't get a golfer in full frame from 10' away.  I use a Sony DV camera and Cswing software, this wasn't a problem outside, but now within the confines of the building it is a problem.  I don't use a tape in the camera I just capture to the software. Does anyone know of a camera or different lens that could help?

Thanks,
Rick
