There's no doubt that the e-mails are going through ShopTalk. They're routed via the msen.com server and out to every member on this list.
Assuming the e-mails don't get stopped at the origin or snagged at msen.com, you pretty much have 3 choices -- filter out the e-mails at your machine, unsub from the ST list, or ignore/delete the messages.
