Hi Rick,
The lightest 5 iron I found was 257 gr and it came out to 249 cpm with grip at 37" in a 5" clamp with no tipping and n1 at the target.

Im just guessing here but I would imagine you would lose or gain about 1 to 1.5 cpm per gram wt so if I missed by 4 grams heavy then your # may go up about 3-5 cpm's which last time I checked was still about a minus 2.0 build.
I once did this calc. but have since forgotten it.
I suppose it would be easy enough to re do it and I will if no one else post's it first, Im sure about 1/2 the members could recite it from memory.
