None of them are like the gripless, really. It's a unique, really 
cool shaft. What are you thinking about putting it it? The Gripless 
is one of the older AJ designs and the tip tapers to something like 
.345 so you need to be careful not to put one in a deep bore design. 
You've got to fiddle around with it a bit to get it to fit in even 
standard bore heads.  The newer shaft  designs (ZTour, Z Series, Raw 
Red) will fit in most anything without messing around with the hosel 
and are excellent.
I think the AJ's are the best shafts going and AJ is one of the most 
creative shaft designers ever. I found some Head tennis racquet grip 
tape strips that work great with the gripless and don't add much 
weight to the club.
The Z-350 AJ's are the best Taylormade reshaft shaft you can buy. 
50g, 3.0 torque and they'll help lower the ballooning trajectory that 
Taylormade heads are known for.
