Bernie
You and I have had good post over the last few years and the information you have provide me has been a tremendous help. The way I see it, The problem is that only those that attended the PGA show and came to the booth actually saw and touched the putter. All that did were impressed as Mark has stated. Obviously Mark is a very good putter and he saw the value of the technology incorporated into the putter as you will when you get a chance to actually try one. I am not going to bore you with results of the independent testing both robotic and with over 300 golfers of all skill levels, instead I will tell you about my experience of playing a round with a women Who from the forward tees would reach the green in regulation or one over to continually card 7s or 8s using a putter she bout at Walmart for 5 dollars. She would often leave her first putt farther than she originally started and zeroed in on the hole in usually 3 to 4 putts. After about 12 holes of this I asked her to try my putter and she never left the ball longer than a foot from the hole. She was very impressed and asked me when they would be available and how much they would cost. When I told her the retail would be around 230 dollars she responded by saying that she would pass as hers only cost five dollars, go figure. Even if you can prove something is superior it doesn't mean that people will automatically jump onboard. That was a real eye opener for me. As far as green conditions go bad greens are bad greens although the high CG of the putter rolls the ball more consistently than anything I have seen. The reason I got involved with this project is that this is the first product In the 20 years of clubmaking that really lives up to its claims not just the same old of a different color or flavor. The interchangeable tip weights can be changed for different green conditions as well as different strokes.
Once you learn to swing the putter and not hit it I think you will be convinced of its merits.
