What is he using to glue the head to the shaft????"   There is a machine I have ogled at several PGA Shows that cures 24 hour epoxy in less than a minute in fact I seem to recall the time was 6 - 10 seconds.It does this one club at a time but heck while one club is in the machine you are assembling the next one. The machine cost was in the range of $6000, ah well, dream on!
