I've been selling the Full Release grips since they were introduced by
Feel Golf. Others have introduced similar grips but none have been as
successful at marketing/selling them as Feel. Lamkin makes them for
Feel. As is typical of something that is out of the norm, I seem to
get a lot of "these have changed my life" or "you're a loser if you
play these grips" sort of feedback.
I had some scratch golfers try them a they all seemed to leave their
shots to the right, for some reason. As with all golf products, you'll
find the full release grips do something unique and special to your
game...unique could mean horrible duck hooks or special could mean
pulling the string on wedge shots.
I like the new crossline cord model and use them on my wedges and
hybrids. For some reason, I found that the Full Release grips helped
promote holding the club in my fingertips and also gave me confidence
to hold with a somewhat lighter grip pressure.
If you can get a good price from Ted for the 3 he's selling (I sell
them for $9.95 each at http://clubmaker-online.com/feel.html ), I'd
give it a try. You might fall into the "changed my life" group.
For something unique, I offer them as a the standard grip on my
popular Elevon hybrid. Worth having them as an option for your customers.

What experience has anyone had with Release Grips?
John I have one of your Elevon hybrids I t is a great club But I am
not sure what effect the grip has I guess I should pull it off and
try with the same grip as I have on my irons (Winn exell XF) by the
way do you have headcovers for the Elevon ?
