John...mixed success here with the "live help". I could not access it from (2 of the 3 browsers I use) FireFox or Internet Explorer, but when I launched Netscape and clicked, it encouraged me to log into my AOL Instant Messenger...when I did that and clicked again the window popped up to send a message. So I'm "1 for 3" as I think they say in much of the sports world.
