RK,
Thanks!!  Just to clarify, I might have put some bad info into http://www.clubmaker-online.com/rk.drillpress.html

In there it said that  .373, .375, and .377 were the bare minimum for irons and .337, .339, .341, and .343 were the bare minimum for woods (but then you don't sand down your graphite shafts).

ASSUMING THAT YOU DO sand down the shafts - can you get by with a .375 and a .337?

Ed, I Never used .370 reamers, I always  used .375 which is only.005 over the target size of .370.     I have never had a problem either using that size.  PLUS I KNOW THAT WHOLESALE TOOL HAS THE .375 IN STOCK.     PLUS IF YOU CAN NOT FIND THE .370 IN A STRAIGHT FLUTE YOU COULD ALWAYS USE A LEFT HANDED FLUTE.OR IN THAT MATTER OU COULD ALWYS USE A RIGHT HAND FLUTE JUST REMEMBER TO USE A LOT OF CUTTING OIL WHEN EVER OU USE THE RIGHT HAND FLUTE

Does anyone have a good source for .335 and .370 HSS straight-flute
chucking reamers?  Right now it looks like GS is the place, which is
hard to believe.

I've looked at MSC Direct and Wholesale Tool.  MSC has the .370, but is
more money than GS. WT has neither.

Thx,
