ShopTalk: golf swing analyser software recommendations

Does anyone have good experiences/recommendations for golf swing 
analyser software?  I just bought a camcorder based on Cswing 
recommendations.  Their software looks good from a distance, but there 
are others as well.

Also, how do you get enough light indoors to take advantage of fast 
shutter speeds?
