This is a pretty neat website that shows Google Earth flyovers of many,
many U.S. golf courses. I'm sure this will be as close to "playing"
Pine Valley as I'll get - unless one of you can get me in :-) . Holes
are numbered and yardages given.

FWIW - Looking at courses I'm familiar with I've noticed that the shot
portrayals are not accurate. Drives can be extremely short or long. In
one case a par 4 shown as a par 5. I've got no idea how they
determined the routing, though I haven't seen any problems with the few
courses I looked at. All in all it is very interesting.
