John,

I'm not in the clubmaking business but I have a complete clubmaking shop
set up for myself and I do stuff for my friends. I also have a number of
youngsters including grandkids that I will be build clubs, putters and
modifying them as they grow.

Regardless, when I set up an operation, whether it is to work on old cars
or a clubmaking shop, I get what I consider the best for what I need. In
the case of a loft and lie machine, I looked at all of the known brands.
What I found is that you can spend a lot of money and most of the machines
will accomplish very accurate results. I could have purchased any of the
known varieties. I bought the Tru Blu Loft and Lie machine and I don't
regret it at all. I like it because it accurately adjusts** the *loft and
lie* on virtually all irons, putters, hybrids and woods.

My friend uses the top of the line Mitchell Loft and Lie maching in his
professional clubmaking shop and I have checked my Tru Blu machine against
his on many occasions and it was spot on. I also like that it is very easy
to use and it is half the price of others.

Finally and most important is the fact that the owner of Tru Blu is always
available to discuss anything about the machine. Customer support is very
important to me, especially when I can pick up the phone and talk to the
owner or any of his technicians without any hassle.
