It is not a problem for me either but on IRC recently, Tuomo Soini was
telling me that he just upgraded his largest firewall to a Dual-core Xeon
from a P4 2Ghz and start dropped from two minutes to 45 seconds (that's just
the script time). And other people complain about 4-5 minute startup times
on 2Ghz CPUs.
