Fixes several bugs found in RC1:

1) Reported by Steven Springl. The word 'all' is once again accepted in the
   PROTO column by Shorewall-perl.

2) DNAT rules that specify a PROTO but no DEST PORT(S) no longer cause
Shorewall-perl to issue a fatal error message.

3) Including the keyword 'trace' as the first argument in an /sbin/shorewall
command no longer causes an invalid runline to be passed to
   the Shorewall-perl compiler.
