The presence of shorewall-common-4.0.7-1.noarch.rpm (according to my
reading of a-c above) indicates that there's been a patch release for
shorewall-common. But on the other hand there is no
shorewall-common-4.0.7.1.tgz etc.

Perhaps I misunderstood?
