I don't see the need for using '@' or '@{0}' - at least for the time 
being until you introduce more 'system' variables in addition to the 
chain name. If you wish to adopt '@{X}' for action parameters (instead 
of, or in addition to, the current '$X' or '${X}') then that's fine, 
but, for the time being at least, I don't see the need for this. My two 
pence, of course.
