I need to take advantage of the state and chain auto-naming in shorewall. In other words, to let shorewall determine which chain (and in which state since that can be specified in 'rules' and 'blrules') to place this inline statement in and for me to just write it out. Again though, I am not really bothered if I don't have any optimisation/error-checking as such - if there is a screw-up in that inline statement, I am going to accept that.
