4.6.0 RC 2 is now available for testing. Changes since RC 1:
1) The 'mangle' files now have additional tabs between the first two
columns so as to improve the alignment of converted 'tcrules'
files.
2) The tarball installers, now install .service files with mode 644
rather than mode 600.
