Which command do you use to push the index.html file (tools/web/push
index.html)?

Do you do the release script after or before the above steps?

Do you mind interchanging step 2 and 3 to step 3 and 2?:

- commit the change
- publish that file

Where comes the build50 script into play?

Anything else that you would like to have (please do tell) or what am I
missing?
