I upgraded my shorewall to Perl 4.004 by recompiling Simon's rpms on
CentOS 5 (from a late 3 version).
My old rule:
ACCEPT net $FW tcp 22 - - 4/min:8
resulted in the following error message:
Compiling /etc/shorewall/rules...
ERROR: Invalid rate (4/min:8) : /etc/shorewall/rules (line 25)
If I change the rule to:
ACCEPT net $FW tcp 22 - - 4/sec:8
there is no error. What'd I do wrong? I'd like to limit to 4 per
minute, which the docs seem to indicate is doable.
