      Sorry Tom, but i don't understand exactly. These are misprints in
Shorewall's distribution files or you don't understand my question?
As i can see in all '/usr/share/shorewall/macro.*' files is seventh
column with such name. For example, content of DNS macro file:

# Shorewall version 4 - DNS Macro
#
# /usr/share/shorewall/macro.DNS
#
#       This macro handles DNS traffic.
#
###############################################################################
#ACTION SOURCE  DEST    PROTO   DEST    SOURCE  ORIGINAL        RATE

  GROUP
PARAM   -       -       udp     53
PARAM   -       -       tcp     53
