This error comes from the iptables SNAT and DNAT modules when they cannot
convert an IP address from dot-quad notation to an integer.

Find that address in /etc/shorewall/nat, delete it and re-type it. I suspect
that you have an invisible noise character embedded in the text.

If that doesn't help then we'll need a trace.
