I'm sure that I'm missing something here, or I've screwed something up, but my 
eyes can't seem to find it.

I've got two providers, and wanted outgoing mail to go via one.  I set marks, 
devices, and tcrules, but SMTP traffic continues to go out the undesired 
interface.

eth1 is also mark 1, my desired interface.  However, SMTP traffic from this 
source still travels out the undesired interface, eth3.
