If you are able to reach the server, your Shorewall configuration is
correct. Does the site use name-based virtual hosting? If so, you will
need to supply a DNS name that is configured in the server to your
browser rather than the IP address of the Shorewall box.

You can test that by temporarily adding an entry to /etc/hosts on the
system from which you are trying to browse.
