Maybe you don't. If the problem has gone away as indicated by your later
email then I wouldn't change anything. But if you find that other
individual IP address start having issues, then I would suspect bridging.

The last time that I helped a Shorewall user with this issue, he
eventually found a wireless router in a closet that was bridging two
LANs that it wasn't supposed to be.
