Hi Tom,

you are right this wouldn't start, i copied this from the screen and 
miss typed it. Sorry for this. the tarball will take some time since i 
have no direct access to the test environment set up yet.

The providers file should look like this:
ISP1    1    1    -    ppp0    -    track
ISP2    2    2    -    eth3    -    track

The tarball will come later.
