Basic configurations should upgrade okay. The rules that you have shown
above will all work as expected. I still recommend visiting
http://www.shorewall.net/upgrade_issues.htm to see if there is anything
that you need to change.

One more thing: The 'shorewall check' in the newer versions is very good
at catching errors before you try to restart with the new version.
