As the 4.0/4.2 Multi-ISP documentation
(http://www.shorewall.net/4.2/MultiISP.html) states, we don't recommend
trying to use this feature on any Shorewall-shell release or on any
Shorewall-perl prior to 4.2. There are just too many bugs in the earlier
versions.
