However,

Well, I also don't really have ISP protocol Support rather than 2 modems 
with zera-ripd and the like in front of linux *shorewall* box connected 
to the ISPs.
I really don't understand, don't have a clue, or hint,  why zebra is 
blocked to add or remove routes.

For instance in your case you only need to install zebra with *no* other 
daemon to test it.

In my case
zebra GETS Blocked. Why?
