Ahh.  It's created in the compile "extension script" which I didn't
realize was an extension script and that I wrote it.  :-)  You know they
say the memory is the second thing to go, right?  :-)

By that do you mean "init" or "initdone"?  I think you mean "init" but
the "user exit" bit is throwing me.  Is that simply referring to the end
of that init extension script or something more structured in that init
extension script?
