Hi KP,
It is the shell that is producing that error. You can avoid it by
enclosing the log level in quotes or by escaping the parentheses:
MACLIST_LOG_LEVEL="NFLOG(1,0,1)"
or
MACLIST_LOG_LEVEL=NFLOG\(1,0,1\)
