Hi Guys, just to keep you from testing and finding issues where marking does not work correctly with Multi ISP, Ubuntu Server 12.04, Shorewall 4.4.26.1.
State: shorewall installed fine and is starting without errors. But then: 1. If "shorewall show routing" will give you errors. Then take a look (I did it too late ;-) at the shorewall support page "Problem Resolving Guide"->3.->b. 2. I do have 3 providers, two real providers and one load balancing and bandwidth aggregation with a bonding interface. Routing by rules to the 2 providers via marks in tcrules worked perfectly. Marking for the bond interface did not work at all. It took me 2 days to find out that for this to work, you MUST have ROUTE_FILTER=No. Hope this helps someone.
