No, we cannot. But YOU can do it yourself.
In common with almost all mailing lists which use MailMan, you will find at the 
bottom of EVERY email you receive from the list some notes :

Just click on that link and you have the option to unsubscribe.

Also, in the headers of every mail from the list you will find these headers :

though your email client probably doesn't show you those.

And when you signed up, you will most likely have received an email with this 
information.

So you will see that it really is very easy for you to unsubscribe yourself. 
But other members of the list cannot do it for you, we don't have access as 
admins for that.

Even if the list doesn't use MailMan, or the admin has altered things, it is 
highly unlikely that you find a mailing list that doesn't have similar 
mechanisms. So really there is no excuse whatsoever for bleating on the list 
"please remove me".
