s/SuSE/maintainer of the SuSE package/ Even if it's not an official SuSE package - someone has packaged Shorewall for SuSE. In the first instance, that's who you need to contact as it's probably a packaging issue rather than in Shorewall itself (I don't see the same effect in Debian).
