Is this a new patch? or can I point the EPEL package maintainer to a new
stable version that has this patch already included to build a new rpm from?

. /usr/share/shorewall/shorewallrc
patch $PERLLIBDIR/shorewall/Accounting.pm < ACCOUNTING.patch
