OMG don't mix package from different distribution version.
If you want the last build for 42.2 then use the security:netfilter repository 
for 42.2 and install shorewall from there.

I know this is perl, and kernel are the same between 42.2 and 42.3 but still
this is really a bad practice ;-)

I'm not sure I understand your masquerade both networks on 2 cards ?
