AUTOMAKE=Yes in shorewall.conf, and shorewall reload (with or without
-C) works fine - only restart or start clears the counters. Almost as
if 'start' doesn't add the '--counters' flag to iptables-restore?
(I've tried following the start script but got rather lost...)
