*I'm trying to delete a bunch of junk tags. However, many times when I
delete a tag, it reappears. I have to first rename the tag (I tend to
use "0" so it appears at the top of the list), then I can delete it.
This is annoying.
Also, when I delete a tag, it automatically goes back to the top of the
list and I have to re-scroll down to where I was before.*
