OK, it was the fact that you said you had a lot you had not yet
scanned which was confusing.
In that case you could use heirarchical tags as Dougie suggested.
Tags for Drawer 1, Drawer 2 etc and, within those, tags for the
sections and, within those, tags for the boxes.

Alternatively, you could just include a unique box number or code in
the title or description and label the drawers with which boxes are in
there.  Or some combination of the two methods.
