Hi Lucas, Thank you for answering! I read your blog post and Piwigo provides a REST interface for photo uploading (that is already used in Digikam for example). At technical level I think Piwigo ready to receive Shotwell HTTP requests!
If anyone reading this list is interested in writing such a publishing service, don't hesitate to tell me so. If I start working on a Shotwell publish service for Piwigo, I'll drop a message on this list :-) (to ask for help or just to get feedback).
