The high priority in our database is reserved for those tickets which are
still under active consideration for the upcoming release (at the moment
that's Shotwell 0.8).  As I mentioned in my previous email, TIFF will not
make 0.8 at this point.  The page http://trac.yorba.org/wiki/Shotwell lists
our top candidate tickets for future releases in the section "Shotwell 0.9
and beyond".  TIFF is one of those top candidates.

Yes, TIFF is certainly a common image format.  We appreciate your feedback
on how important it is to you, and hope to implement it in Shotwell soon.
