Hello, First, could you run Shotwell as so:
$ SHOTWELL_LOG=1 shotwell Reproduce the problem, exit Shotwell, and send me this file: ~/.cache/shotwell/shotwell.log as well as one of the files that did not import? That would give me some idea what the problem might be.
