I have just installed shotwell and I'm using KDE 4.6.1 on Kubuntu 10.10. I also have gimp installed, but it does not show up in the list for external editors in the preferences area. This may be due to the fact that I'm not running GNOME. I assume that the lists of software available is provided somehow through GNOME. I would like to know if there is a line that I need to manually add to a config file to give shotwell the path to gimp. I have not been able to find any config file syntax documentation anywhere, but I may just not be looking in the right place. The man page is pretty sparse, and I don't see anything about config files in the user's guide (http://yorba.org/shotwell/help/external-edit.html).
Thanks in advance for any assistance. Rob _______________________________________________ Shotwell mailing list [email protected] http://lists.yorba.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/shotwell
